Comments highlight every answer given by an interviewee with a comment in the Word document. This makes it easy to find the answers an Interviewee provided from within the Word Output.  It also makes reviewing much quicker.  

How to enable comments in your documents

You can turn comments on and off for Guests and Members independently by updating the output theme associated to your bot.

  1. Create an output theme if you are currently using the Automio (Default) theme. Otherwise edit the theme under Settings -> Your Organisation -> Themes

  2. Select the toggle for the user type that you would like to receive a commented document. Members are internal users like yourself and will include the document sent to the organisation notification email. Guests are your clients and will include comments in the document they download and are emailed.
